Excellent when custom programmed July 10, 2008
I purchased the remote on closeout and was given custom programming as a bonus on the purchase. It has custom bit graphics to compliment my system. I have HD an satellite receiver, high end reciever, DVD VCR combo, game system, recessed lighting with lotron IR switches all connected to RF to the remote. The system is flawless. I have been able to add a couple of features myself to have it control a couple extra features on the satelite reciever. I am VERY satisfied. I do high end remodeling and have seen and installed cabinetry for many advanced theatre systems. This is the best remote I have seen for compatibility, economics, and "wow" effect. My friends are jealous and my wife likes one remote verus 5. Worth evey penny, even with custom programming, at full price.

I love this remote. Though I didn't program it; my son did, but I can easily use it for DVD's and TV. It's not confusing at all. I've had various contractors in my home recently and everyone who has seen it on the table admired it, especially the wireless technology electrician.
